Won’t Load
Tried to open the app and it suddenly states: “Usage of this app is restricted to North America.”
I’m in North America, have been in North America all my life and don’t even have a passport. I did delete the app and re-upload and still get the same message. I also don’t use a VPN, so it can’t even lock onto that. Did my state suddenly get expelled from the country?

I am not a fan
I recently installed the App and am disappointed. Unlike many competitors I cannot maintain a deposit. Unlike many competitors when I look at the map of Florida I see 2 in the entire state and the closest one (Brooksville) does not show despite being on the list. I’ll stick to ordering in person.

Reward system needed
The app makes ordering food ahead of time so much easier. The only problem I have is that it should reward us after making so many purchases. Every other food app I have rewards users after making so many purchases. There can be a point system that you get to and unlock certain menu items. I think this could potentially bring more sales to the restaurant.

Smoked Salmon Not Made Correctly
I ALWAYS order the smoked salmon when I go to Mission BBQ. Today, I ordered my usual salmon and brought it home to enjoy. Well, I did not enjoy the salmon AT ALL today. It wasn’t cooked thoroughly and the taste was more like bbq sauce thrown on a piece of half cooked salmon. Nothing smoky about it at all.
I am disappointed because that is all I have ordered in the past (besides the steak black plate) and now this!! Terrible terrible terrible! Makes me sad.

We recently put in a pretty big order with Mission for a birthday party, and it couldn’t have been better! First, ordering online was a breeze and Kathryn was phenomenal helping me make size selections and just overall a pleasure to talk to on the phone.!
Jasmine was equally very personable and friendly! She delivered and setup our food which was really appreciated since the time before a party gets a little busy!

Amazing BBQ! Probably the best in the Orlando FL area
Had the best Brisket sandwich EVER, amazing quality and taste. The ribs where surprisingly AMAZING. And the customer service is TOP NOTCH. Was very very impressed with the treatment and attention given by Donald Quesenberry (General Manager of the Orlando Airport location). His leadership skills are evident and clearly manifested by the environment of the restaurant and the amazing staff.

Why Haven’t you tried Mission BBQ ?
Mission BBQ is one fantastic place ! If the excellent service and cool decor doesn’t get you the delicious food surely will. All the fabulous meats are smoked in house. Excellent choice of sides and tantalizing desserts. They showcase the first responders and all branches of the military. The awesome decor and photography that lines the wall is inspiring. I have used their catering services as well and all attendees gave rave reviews. The staff is efficient and kind and strive for customers satisfaction. If I could give more than 5 Stars , I would. Give them a try , you won’t be disappointed,
