You said that they’ll be no advertisement, faster connection to VPN but it is still the same. During the 7 days trial, it got connected very fast and the advertisement did not exist so I assumed it’ll be the same after purchasing and subscribing. I still have the advertisement which is different to what you have mentioned in the application terms and conditions, slower connection to VPN. You should not mention what you’re not going to keep just to have the people subscribing this. Fix it, or I will write a complaint on behalf.

It used to work fine but from few days ago, it doesn’t even load and stops on the first screen.
