I was happy with Marcus until recently! I set up a recurring transfer and it just randomly stops. I only discovered it when I checked my account to see my balance was the same. I called customer service and were stomped as to why it just stopped when I did not initiate it. I set it up again and randomly check my account and found it had stopped YET AGAIN! This is becoming a problem now! If there is no record of me calling in, emailing, or manually ending the transfer then it should not happen! SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIND THE GLITCH and FIX IT NOW!
