I love Benihana and all I wanted was to have a great experience here on my birthday. The food was good as we ordered the 5 course specialty and the Wagyu steak meal to take home with us. Jacob the chef did a fantastic job entertaining us as he prepared the meal. The waiter was a hit or miss. Fast forward to us arriving home checking our Wagyu steak meal, we are missing a couple of important items that make up meal. We called the restaurant immediately and asked to speak to the manager, after going through and explaining the situation to three different people before we finally got the manager,
