I have struggled to stay motivated to run for years. Since downloading this app I have found running a lot more rewarding and enjoyable. The app does a great job of challenging me but not pushing beyond my ability. I do feel genuinely proud of the progress I’ve made in the months since downloading this app, and a lot of that is thanks to the program the app has set out for me.
