I’ve been a loyal Remitly customer for over a decade, and this is the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had. My account was suddenly deactivated without any explanation, and after contacting customer service, I was simply told it will not be reactivated. No clear reason, no resolution, nothing. After years of trusting this service with my hard-earned money, this is extremely frustrating and discouraging. Remitly should treat long-time customers with transparency and respect. I will no longer be using Remitly and cannot recommend it based on this experience.
