I'd give this company zero stars if I could. I bought a house with 4 somfy shade units, and they just don't work. The app can't be programmed, because despite however many times I follow the on screen instructions, the app will program the wrong shade. I've had successfully programmed schedules for a few days here and there, but the application will delete programming, and eventually, some of my shades don't respond.
