Placid is a scam. Not using this anymore and do not recommend transferring using Placid to anyone. Refund takes forever. When the mode of payment is ACH they deduct from your bank almost immediately, but when they have to refund a cancelled transaction which is also an ACH it takes 15+ days (5-7days written in terms). Work on your policies to better aid a customer instead of cheating/scamming them or shut off your company. Will not be around for long.
