Our first visit and it was to put our 14year old dog, Molly to sleep. This was our first time going through this process. The nurses/technicians and doctor came out to the car. Very understanding, empathetic, and caring. Then we returned the next morning after being at the ER vet with our 2 year old cat Freckle, who passed away of liver failure. Again the nurses/technicians and doctor were phenomenal. My daughter and I crying and very upset. They did everything to make us feel better. There really isn’t enough I can say about everyone and how wonderful they are and how well we were taken care
