For the past several weeks I haven’t been able to log into app or online to view my account and pay my bill. But I’m getting calls about a missed payment that wasn’t missed cause I paid it over the phone and it was taken from my bank account. Fix the app, it keeps saying that the error is on your end and I even told the customer service rep about it and she just told me she’ll let them know that system is down. That was weeks ago and it’s still down? Fix it already please
