Usually food that is delivered through Talabat drivers is delivered on time with no issues. But Talabat allows restaurants to use their own drivers and there is always issues. The orders are always extremely late, often over an hour. And the drivers call asking for you to send your location on WhatsApp even though they should have your location from Talabat. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating when they choose to use Talabat for orders but inconvenience the customers who don’t have a number to call them or can’t track location.
