I made customizations to my order. These customizations were not saved and I was only notified AFTER the order was placed in the app and the order was paid for. The app asked if I would like to cancel the order before the order said it had been started. When I canceled, a pop up said I could not cancel the order. In addition to the app ruining my order and not allowing me to cancel, the functionality of the app is poor.
