This company & their total loss department are completely incompetent. My car was totaled in December of 2024, my insurance paid out the majority of funds owed at end of December. I had a 3rd party GAP coverage. In January of 2025, I contacted them several times for updates on the GAP claim, they told me they were missing a document from the car dealership. At the end of January or early February I found out they never filed the GAP claim. I then began the process on my own. The GAP company had everything except for a refund on a warranty, which Ally repeatedly told me was not valid. The GAP c
