reported many times that i did not get vouchers option that i am eligible for as which i redeemed by my points , the voucher will expire after 3 days , some of customer care says delete the app and reinstall it and some says you can not use the voucher because the restaurant have already a discount , my question is why talabat put restaurants on vouchers option if they don’t accept the vouchers , why my points gone like that without using it Unfortunately i reported this many times and the only thing that are good with just saying sorry.
