No way to contact a courier who is clearly lost, no response from customer support for over 40 minutes… broken food categories and bad organisation. No way to add a note to a food order (on the order item)… Absolutely hate the fact this company took over Tazz in Romania. Terrible TERRIBLE experience and no accountability.

Why does this app keep getting logged out? Even when I say “remember me” or save the login info… I’m promoted to re-login every single time. It’s very annoying.

Nice design, friendly interface and seems to offer some meaningful encounters. Only just started with it, but we’ll see.

So, the app is beautifully designed and seems promising. However, there’s absolutely NO WAY to know whether there are even users in your region without parting with your money. I emailed their team to see if they can provide a free trial or some statistics as to whether there’s any active users in my country (Romania)… but apparently they can’t do either. The entire experience is very disappointing. Let’s be honest, there’s plenty of alternative apps out there which offer a free / as supported service… and I hadn’t even heard of this app until I stumbled across an advert on Instagram…. I j

The statement download functionality has been broken for weeks. I was informed to download the beta and then when the update comes out, to use the new version, as this bug is fixed in that update. Downloaded the beta, solved the issue… new version is released.. I remove the beta and reinstall the new update… STILL DOESN'T WORK!! How can a banking app now provide you a statement? It’s unbelievable to think you cannot provide me with my transactions for the past month. I used to really like this app. Using it in combination with Adobe Fix was excellent… now Fix is gone, and you’re asking us to use this app… but I cannot find the same functionality! Also, I could have sworn there was a way to brush over something to hide it… maybe only on the iPad version, but still… hardly feels anything like the Photoshop family.

Does not get any map data! Can't find my GPS signal yet the maps application and everything elsewhere works fine except this app
