I bought a new Audi Q7 and at start, was impressed by the interior car details but as the user experience begins, one realizes that VW/Audi lacks quality control on its technology. The semi-driving automation is not reliable. The MMI system cumbersome and dangerous on the road with being difficult to use. Their non-functioning app is the straw in the camels back in the lack of trust in this German engineering. The lack of attention to customer feedback and sloppy work truly shows.
