The problems began when RFCU issue the new Visa cards. My card constantly decline on line and phone transactions. It occasionally decline in person transactions. I spoke with someone over the phone. I was it was something in settings. The settings were verified and found to be correct. They said it should take care of it. It did not. Called back and was told I need to make an in person visit to one of the branches.
