For the Robins Financial Cards App, you will create a new username and password. Use this app in conjunction with Robins Financial Credit Union app to get the most benefit out of your card.

Not sure if anyone else has the same issue but this app no longer works. An error msg shows

The problems began when RFCU issue the new Visa cards. My card constantly decline on line and phone transactions. It occasionally decline in person transactions.
I spoke with someone over the phone. I was it was something in settings. The settings were verified and found to be correct. They said it should take care of it. It did not. Called back and was told I need to make an in person visit to one of the branches.

FaceID did used to work. Now there's a constant warning popup. FaceID is working fine, but the app refuses to accept it.
EDIT: I found out it seems to be due to me using NordVPN. Could have a notification that it's due to the VPN (possibly due to potential criminal activity of trying to log into someone's account info without revealing their location).

I wondered at first why there was a separate app for this as opposed to just being part of the regular banking app. But after setting everything up, I realized you get A LOT more customizable options here. My favorite is having one place to manage all cards associated with any of your accounts. I manage my personal and business cards using the same login. It’s great.
