I have been using Remitly for a long time now so far I haven’t had any scams any problems of that sort. I have sent money from USA to Nigeria, Zambia, Dominican republic, Pakistan, etc. The problems that I have had I have been able to contact customer service 24 seven through Chat or phone. One instance I sent the money to the wrong bank. They said it would take up to a week, but the problem was solved right away, I did keep calling and chatting with them, and letting them know my concern an urgency. I have a current issue now, but the problem is the bank has received the money for the recipie
