I’ve been a customer for over a year now. And while I like the app, I’m giving it a low rating because I’m quite unhappy with the company. A few weeks ago I attempted to help my mother (who does not speak English fluently) open an account. However, I was disappointed upon hearing that the company does not provide any sort of assistance to customers other than in English, especially in the United States - you’d think that the second most spoken language would be a service that you offer.
