It seems like the FB integration isn’t working, meaning half of the app features don’t work.

From prescriptions not being fillable in the app, to appointments disappearing the day of, to being charged a copay twice because the app lost my check in from the day before, this app really needs some work. It does some things well, like medical records, but falls really short on where it matters.
