Installer clicked the stars at 5. When I decided to write a review, I discovered I could adjust, thank goodness. They did what they could, but an extra hole in the wall and a LOT of convincing to place the devices in a more hide-able location. Lack of effective communication with what is customer service to customers and installers to customers. But all in all, not bad. The workers tried to be efficient, but the pace caused a few errors. However, we got there!!!
