As with most older people, my parents were the baby boomers kids. So they weren’t too tech savvy one could say. I’ve always been their IT support. I got my mom on a plan with AT&T that fit what they needed for internet speeds. Guy came and tried to leave before job was done. I used this app to check their speeds, dial up modem speeds they were getting on fiber optic cable. The guy was not happy but I made sure the speeds my mom paid for she got, and I used this app.
