1. Mobile app indicated no delivery today, yet your deliveryman attempted a delivery today when I was not at home. 2. Mobile app did not allow me to reschedule the delivery. 3. Mobile requires me to change delivery address while providing feedback. Really? Your service is horrendous and your mobile app is equally inept. Your company deserves to be replaced by delivery drones.
