No Way to Report App Problem
Normally if I have an issue with an order, it’s because of the driver or restaurant and Seamless fixes it. In this case, a bug in the app caused the order to be wrong, but the app doesn’t give me a way to report it. So the restaurant will probably get penalized for Seamless’ mistake. Specifically, I ordered a burger that I order regularly through the app. No edits, just reordered as usual. But it was made with no bun. The receipt I received from the restaurant shows the auto-printed receipt as requesting no bun, but that’s not how I submitted it and it’s not reflected that way in the order
