This app charges me for recurring subscription tied to a “guest account” that I could not access, locate, or manage. When I tried to find or cancel the subscription, the app clearly stated that I did not have an account. There is no warning that subscription can be tied to a device-specific “guest account” that is essentially invisible to the user. Because of this setup, I had no reasonable way to cancel the subscription before being charged repeatedly.
