I’m still very new to this app, and the running game in general. This seems to have me off to a great start but I am dealing with one flaw when it comes to my beginner running cycles. From what I can see, there is nothing that indicates (audio or vibration) the end of each run/walk cycle. Small complaint but it feels extremely strange to have to continually check my watch to know when each cycle has ended when I should be watching where I’m going and enjoying the run lol.

I am working through his system and I love that he has free apps available that help along the way. There is a lot of good information available on here that I can quickly get to that helps me keep my goal in focus.
