There were a few gremlins in the early days but the app is now up there with the best. It is so much easier to make your selection before arriving at the location. If I can’t stop because I am driving I will quickly park up in one of the spaces and order before moving to the drive thru. Perhaps you could provide a few preorder parking bays? I can imagine it being a boon to those who have a large family order; helps to reduce the queues for others too. The offers are great - they are there to tempt you but when your intention is to buy something and it is offered at an incredible reduction it
