I’m only able to select the latest recording. Although I’ve heard a lot of good things about this app and personally used it to win a harassment case at work, I could not download and send the file to myself or HR. Happy the time the app seems frozen. The files are in the cloud and inaccessible. Make this more user friendly for how to access in the cloud.

I had two (2) packages, one for FedEx and another for USPS. FedEx notification and item received with no problem. There has been no notification for my USPS post office shipment. I need my package that is still in Pods 1 at my apartment. Please fix. This item is valuable and I need it today.
