It’s quite difficult to navigate on this site if a purchaser has to make any changes using a voucher. HOURS of “waiting in queue”. Once again, I was ignored on line by your personnel, while trying to use a voucher that needed to be reissued with a new #. Still waiting after 5 emails that were not returned in more than 24 hours. I’ve lost ALL confidence in your company & will give your company a negative rating on line as well.
