My account got suspended after weeks of registration without specifying any reason why. And I was asked by the support to provide info like membership no (which I don’t have access to when my account is suspended and not fully shown in email). The process to reactivate membership is really difficult and I don’t like it that I have to prove by sending my personal documents like ID or passport in email to prove it’s me. You know what, I don’t need a membership with this Airline in my entire life. Wasted a lot of my time with this and it’s frustrating.
