I ordered cooked chicken wings and received raw meat. Rappi refused to refund full amount. Hilarious.

I got 2kg of spoiled meat with strong unpleasant smell from a store. I contacted Wolt support on this matter. The support responded with “the store claims that the meat is refresh” and refused to help me. I’ve placed 30+ orders on Wolt and this is the first time I contacted Wolt support. I’m hugely disappointed. I can’t recommend Wolt to anyone.
