My card got charged without placing any orders. I am in Japan and service was closed in Japan on March 4th. On that day March 4th, I got charged 7,65 euros and two days late 23 Euros and foreign currency fee. I never had any subscriptions or placed any orders in the last months. I am located in Japan. I wrote to the customer support immediately providing bank statement and my Japanese account details and received NO help and NO refund. This is pure money scam and stealing and causing moral damage.
