Varsity Raiders

I am a contractor who used Angie’s for two years. I have come to problems where customers won’t respond at all. Whether it be thru calls, text or emails, some clients just simply won’t respond even tho I call within 5 minutes of receiving the lead. Recently I had a lead that cost me 170 dollars where not only they did not respond but there was a prompt telling me there was an error and that I should try again later. Well a few days later and it still gives me that prompt. So I call for my credit back and they refuse to reimburse me saying it’s not part of their guidelines. Even tho it’s on
