My insurance directed me to this website to book an appointment for a psychiatric evaluation for ADHD. After scheduling the appointment and paying my co-pay, I was paired with a doctor who informed me that they do not treat or prescribe medication for ADHD symptoms. Not only was this incredibly frustrating, but the interaction with the doctor was also unprofessional and disheartening.
