We ordered toys from Toys Are Us for birthday gifts, they came without boxes (obviously the boxes were removed), we asked to return so we can buy another ones with boxes. They called us to inform that they will send someone to collect and asked to rate their services. Based on what they promised we rated 5 stars but 3 days in a row with same problem, same promises but nothing happened. At the end they said the toys were meant to be sold like that and no return is accepted. And the birthday parties already finished.
