Unhappy Minion

This has been a great app. It has allowed me to keep track of our kids’ progress in their school classes. However, recently the app has not been loading. When opening the app, only a spinning Canvas logo is displayed and doesn’t load beyond that. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but that didn’t work. Tried reporting the problem to Apple, but was informed that reporting is not available for this app. Some of the teachers exclusively use Canvas to report their students’ progress. I can access Canvas in my web browser. But, the app was very nice.
