Had to use this app for parking at a high school cross country meet. Paid for the rock and when I attempted to use it to park the app claimed I already used it which was false. So had to find other parking miles away. Later at the meet the ticket reappeared. Useless! So far the customer support has been abysmal with 2 apologies for the delay in response we suggest you open a new ticket. No refund in sight. Epic fail of a company! And no I do not want to use your AI chat bot!
