UPS upset customer

Guys. It’s 2026. Just hire someone to make your website & app better. There is literally nowhere I can leave a message for the delivery driver on how and where to drop off packages. You only have the one part where I can select from a drop down menu. But sometimes the option I’m looking for is not there. (Leave it in front hallway/ Foyer, leave it with neighbor , etc). Just let your customers type an answer in that space! Instead of only allowing us to pick from a drop down menu. It’ll help customers and help your workers too! Also sometimes I need you to drop it off with no signature needed
