App needs tweaking
Yes, the app definitely needs tweaking! I’ve encountered so many times where the app wasn’t in sync with the store’s hours, product availability, etc. and mainly because of changes due to the virus. I’ve contact Starbucks through the app to try to bring about some changes, but to no avail. While I appreciate the fact that they refund my money, I would really prefer not to have to go through the trouble of contacting them to correct this. What happened to me today is just an example of what’s happened to me numerous times. I ordered through the app, and drove fifteen minutes to the store to
