I see a lot of negative reviews, and I can understand their frustrations. But my experience with New Rez has been nothing but positive. They bought my mortgage a couple of years ago and I’ve been using the website to make payments and track my information. I’ve had to call customer service once for a mistake I made, and they handled it quickly and effortlessly. I downloaded the app today and made a payment here instead of on the website and had no issues at all with login or navigating. I give the app, company, and website 5/5 because it has all been flawless for me. I guess I should consider
