Very easy to use the app, I have sent a few messages to blue cross and blue shield. They have always responded within a reasonable timeframe. I am very satisfied with our blue cross and blue shield of Alabama health insurance. My wife has had a lot of health issues lately and it’s been a long process. I appreciate how much BCBS has helped.
