Absolute worst experience by far! We should have a say in who our mortgage is sold to!! We have never had an issue, we never missed a payment, all was perfect. Then we got a letter saying that we were moving to newrez and if we were on autopay that nothing will change and all info would transfer seamlessly. NOT!!! We were on autopay, the money was never taken out. Checked the newrez app and it said nothing was set up!!! So now we missed a payment.
