Hope you never have a problem, because good luck getting a refund
Wendy’s order service is run through DoorDash on a recent experience DoorDash was unable to deliver the order until 2 hours later. The food was cold, I complained, they gave me a refund that was to be processed by Wendy’s in 10-12 days. On day 14 I followed up-still no refund. I called and they made a note to escalate. I didn’t hear anything and called three days later. They further escalated and said Wendy’s has the money to refund from DoorDash but they need to process it. I asked them to escalate. They said they would and documented it. The same day I called Wendy’s customer support to make
