My UPS account was hacked and I constantly get updates sent to my email in my name using my information with details about packages that are being delivered to a house in Dublin, VA I don’t even live in VA! I have called and spoke with multiple people about this at UPS and they will do nothing about it. As long as they are getting business they don’t care if someone is fraudulently doing things. I have tried to go into the account and change the address but they will not allow me to because the thief has hacked my account and changed my passwords. UPS will not help me get control of my account
