I have used the Dexcom CGM off and on (depending on insurance coverage) for the past 6-7 years. I love everything about the Dexcom, including the quick response when submitting a sensor failure report. I love the ability to set different alarm parameters for daytime as well as nighttime, including my preferred threshold for high or low glucose levels. The main issue I have with the current Dexcom app system is that even though I have the alerts set with snooze on for 1 hour, I will receive alerts every 5 minutes for up to 30 minutes at various times day and night.
