I live in an apartment where I have a mail box and a front door that deliveries will come to. I never used this app before or any of their locations. I have the misfortune of having one of their facilities at my apartment complex. I ordered an item and when it got past the expected delivery date I messaged the shop asking about my order. They sent me confirmation photos that it was delivered and I had to wait for those to figure out that my package was in a lock box. I never received an email or notification and this is for a service I never use. So now my package is held hostage in a dam box
