I called Pittsburgh to reach someone in leadership but after receiving a different number to call, for patient relations, I was able to ask why the emails aren’t designated for the person intended. If a patient’s relatives do not have the ability to manage their care on the app, an advocate needs their help. So in my case, I manage care for 3 people plus myself and have no what in knowing which patient the email is referring to without signing in to each person’s app. Oh and the 866 “help” line is a call center in Asia? Thought UPMC was not for profit? Hummmm
