I had my original booking cancel at 8:06am when I was on my way to the airport arriving at 3:00PM pick up time. As anyone who knows there is much time to sort out any hiccup in the midst of travel let alone find a last minute rental the within hours! The original host had apparently cancelled more than half of her rentals by choice. Mine was the shortest amount of time. Why she’s still able to be on Turo is beyond me!
