I really love that with the new app I can see the in person and livestream schedules (and book accordingly) plus the on demand videos as well. Helps me plan out my work outs for the week. The ness instructors and classes are fantastic and the variety is like nothing else I’ve tried. I started with bounce but now they’ve gotten me hooked in their sculpt and stretch classes as well. Plus their special programs they run a few times a year are so motivating and fun!
